This policy explains how AirClaimed handles data in the pilot version. We aim to minimise data collection.
1) Who we are
AirClaimed is an informational service providing general guidance regarding EU Regulation 261/2004. We do not submit claims and do not provide legal advice.
2) Data we collect
In this pilot, we do not require accounts and do not accept document uploads. If you use site forms, the information is processed to render results in your browser. We may process minimal technical logs via our hosting provider (e.g., IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and reliability.
3) Cookies
Essential cookies may be used for core functionality. Optional cookies (e.g., analytics/marketing) are disabled by default in this pilot.
4) Third-party links
If you proceed to a partner, you will leave AirClaimed. The partner’s privacy policy and terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party processing.
5) Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on legitimate interests for basic security and service operation, and on consent for any optional cookies if enabled in future versions.

For privacy questions, use the contact page. Do not include sensitive documents or identifiers in messages.
