AirClaimed provides general information and an indicative EU261 eligibility check. We do not submit claims, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent users.
2) No guarantees
Outputs are indicative and may be incomplete or inaccurate due to missing facts or simplified assumptions. You are responsible for verifying your situation and using professional advice if needed.
3) Third-party partners
If you click partner links, you leave AirClaimed. Partners are independent and their terms, fees, and privacy policies apply. AirClaimed is not responsible for third-party services.
4) Limitation of liability (pilot)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirClaimed is not liable for losses, missed compensation, or disputes arising from use of the tool or reliance on results. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break security, or submit unlawful content.
6) Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
